Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or comparable field.
- 5+ years of FP&A, strategic planning, P&L management or related experience.
- Background in software and technology industries.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with financial modeling techniques.
- Experience using ERP and financial planning systems.
- Deep expertise in SaaS and ASC 606 revenue recognition rules.
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent deadline management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Pigment, BI tools, and SQL is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts and annual planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, accounting, and sales operations to improve monthly processes.
- Assist with month-end close by summarizing variances and communicating findings to executives.
- Track business performance and KPI trends against operating plans.
- Prepare budget-to-actual reporting for management and board of directors.
- Implement and maintain financial planning tools and forecast models.
- Identify and execute system improvements to support growth and scalability.
- Support the finance team on ad-hoc projects and analyses.
