- Minimum 3 years technical experience working with financial modeling using SQL and Excel (i.e. pivot tables, analytical trends)
- Experience writing SQL processes
- Proven experience developing and maintaining analytical models
- Must be able to explain variances and trends and enhanced modeling techniques
- Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Proven experience collaborating with others
- Reliable internet service (minimum 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
- Dedicated home workspace to protect PHI/HIPAA information
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial results and translate complex operational drivers into actionable insights.
- Partner with Corporate Finance, Risk Adjustment Operations, Compliance, and RASA stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate, well-documented, and well-controlled processes for financial reporting.
- Conduct variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Develop revenue and risk score projections for bids, budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning.
- Evaluate the financial impact of CMS regulatory changes and payment model updates.
- Monitor and report on risk adjustment data submissions.
