Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, or Corporate Finance.
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Understanding of the capital market landscape, specifically Private Equity and Direct Lending markets.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience preparing executive-level or Board-ready materials.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate complex analyses into clear business insights and executive narratives.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across functions and levels.

Develop and maintain financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
Perform analyses on key business drivers, profitability, growth trends, and enterprise performance.
Partner with Finance leadership to evaluate risks, opportunities, and potential business outcomes.
Translate complex financial information into clear recommendations for executive decision-making.
Prepare executive-ready presentations and financial communications for senior leadership.
Synthesize financial and operational results into concise, actionable narratives.
Coordinate and support recurring and ad hoc requests from lenders, ratings agencies, and private equity sponsors.
Manage project plans, communication timelines, and deliverables related to quarterly lender processes and ratings reviews.
