Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a user experience or product designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating detailed design process.
- Experience with SaaS product portfolios and new product introduction.
- Expertise in Figma and knowledge of UX/UI standards for responsive and mobile design.
- Working knowledge of web technologies and constraints.
- Ability to lead user research, design sprints, and workshops.
- Experience creating consistent, usable wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
- Comfort with building interactive prototypes using AI-assisted tools.
- Experience mentoring designers.
Responsibilities
- Design thoughtful user experiences that make broker and brokerage operations easy to navigate.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product vision, strategy, and conduct self-managed UX research.
- Communicate design decisions and build user empathy across the organization.
- Craft diagrams, sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Maintain a high-fidelity interactive prototype using Figma and AI tooling as a team source of truth.
- Develop and maintain product personas leveraging research.
- Mentor a small team of UX and Product Designers.
