Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably with complex acquisition funnels or marketplace environments.
- Strong UX research abilities and comfort engaging directly with users.
- Business fluency, with the ability to connect design to revenue, ROI, and occupancy metrics.
- Experience designing multi-step processes, complex service environments, and edge-case-heavy workflows.
- Expertise in Figma for both web and mobile interaction design.
- Strong systems thinking, including component reuse and interaction patterns.
- Familiarity with data orientation, including A/B testing and qualitative/quantitative insights.
- Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered features and leveraging AI tools.
- Collaborative and mission-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead design from early problem definition and exploration through prototyping, launch, and iteration.
- Simplify complex workflows and marketplace dynamics into clear, intuitive experiences.
- Conduct user research through interviews and observation to understand needs.
- Partner with PMs to drive product strategy and connect design to measurable outcomes.
- Perform A/B testing and use experimentation frameworks to improve product performance.
- Collaborate across functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations.
- Build responsive, polished interfaces in Figma using the company design system.
- Prototype and design intelligent, AI-powered features and workflows.
