8+ years of experience solving complex, ambiguous problems across product management, design, or research.
3-5 years of demonstrated success carrying work from 0 to 1.
3-5 years of experience owning a multi-quarter roadmap and communicating it to executive leadership.
High craft in at least 2 specialist areas (design, product management, strategy, research, or operations).
Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Design, Figma Make, Cursor, or Lovable).
Experience partnering with clinical, legal, or regulatory compliance functions in a regulated domain.
3-5 year track record of influencing decisions across senior leadership.
Fluency with AI orchestration and prompting for design, specification, and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to pull and interpret data from self-serve analytics tools.
Experience mentoring or informally leading other individual contributors.

Turn ambiguous business opportunities and user needs into scoped, evidence-backed requirements.
Diagnose end-to-end user friction through journey mapping and research study execution.
Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to set product direction and inform investment decisions.
Own and communicate multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with corporate OKRs and strategic initiatives.
Build tangible prototypes to test ideas and support feasibility decisions.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment across engineering, clinical, operations, and leadership teams.
Partner with clinical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure product safety and compliance.
