Job Details

5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically in influencer marketing, media sales, or adjacent fields.
Strong network of existing relationships with Fortune 500 brands and media agencies.
Proven track record of selling large contracts and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions for clients.
Demonstrated experience as a mentor and leader in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of the influencer and digital marketing industry.
Experience with sales tools like Salesforce is considered an asset.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies to foster long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Drive revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and securing new business opportunities.
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and strategy presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with Product, Client Success, Marketing, and Strategy teams to deliver customized influencer marketing solutions.
Showcase and demonstrate the platform using data, insights, and analytics to drive client results.
Manage pipelines and forecasting with precision to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
Provide thought leadership in the creator marketing space by representing the company at industry events.
Mentor junior sales team members to foster a growth-oriented, collaborative culture.
