Job Details

Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of marketing experience, specifically in client, customer, or partner marketing.
Proven experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare media, or healthcare marketing environments.
Experience working directly in an agency or in close partnership with media agencies.
Prior people management experience.
Experience building or scaling client marketing, advocacy, or loyalty programs.
Experience running a Client Advisory Board program.
Successful track record of planning and executing conferences, events, or executive engagement programs.
Comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders and executive leadership.
Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or WordPress.
Familiarity with the annual media buying cycle.
Strong relationship-building and data-driven approach to measuring impact.

Build and lead a client marketing program focused on retention, expansion, and advocacy across the PNS client base.
Own the Client Advisory Board (CAB) program from charter and recruitment to agenda and follow-through.
Partner with internal teams to develop case studies, testimonials, and outcomes content for PatientConnect, PSE, MediFind, and other offerings.
Develop and execute joint marketing programs and co-branded content with strategic partners.
Lead marketing strategy and execution for key industry conferences and proprietary client events.
Design and manage a client experiences and gifting program that operates at scale.
Manage the events budget, agency relationships, and KPIs for the department.
Lead, mentor, and grow a small team, including recommending future team structure.
