Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing at scale.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (Braze preferred; SendGrid, Iterable, or similar).
- Technical fluency to understand complex Lifecycle program construction.
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable conversion lift.
- Highly analytical, comfortable with cohort analysis, funnel performance, and incrementality testing.
- Experience using AI to improve marketing execution, content development, and personalization.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience with Product, Sales, and Analytics teams.
- Experience connecting marketing and human-assisted customer journeys across digital and sales channels.
- Management experience leading and developing high-performing team members.
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-sensitive industry is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the Lifecycle strategy and communications journey from pre-submission through conversion, reactivation, and post-funded advocacy.
- Define communications segmentation and personalization strategy based on behavior and intent signals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer journey and deliver measurable conversion lift.
- Apply AI to content generation, creative personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Establish rigorous experimentation and measurement frameworks including incrementality testing.
- Own Lifecycle marketing platforms and establish governance for customer-facing communications.
- Lead and develop the Lifecycle Marketing Operations team.
