Responsibilities
- Handle 100+ daily inbound and outbound interactions
- Connect with customers by phone and chat
- Schedule in-home and virtual consultations
- Follow up with leads and previous opportunities
- Re-engage customers who did not move forward
- Handle objections and save cancelled appointments
- Build rapport and provide a great customer experience
- Work across multiple systems while staying organized
- Track activity and performance in CRM tools
