Sales Development Representative

Build and run outbound prospecting campaigns targeting owners, developers, and general contractors.
Research and identify target accounts and the right contacts within complex development and construction organizations.
Write and send personalized outbound emails, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls to generate qualified conversations.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria before handing off to the sales team.
Book meetings for account executives and track them through to a qualified handoff.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of outreach, conversations, and pipeline in HubSpot.
Test and iterate on messaging and sequencing based on response rates and feedback from closed deals.
