Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, NM, NV, UT, WV, TN, or TX.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Ability to utilize rapport building to meet customer needs ethically.
- Competitive spirit to meet and exceed company-wide and personal sales goals.
- Satisfactorily complete background/employment history investigation and drug screening.
- Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls daily with urgency, care, and expertise to convert potential customers into subscribers.
- Utilize provided hardware and software such as laptops, headsets, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft applications, and Five9 adapter to document sales calls and activities.
- Listen, seek solutions, establish value, make recommendations, and overcome objections as part of every sales process.
- Exhibit a high standard of personal and professional ethics while achieving sales goals.
- Complete or exceed handling of at least 75 sales calls in an 8.5-hour shift.
- Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
