Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
- Residency in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Ability to obtain a P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license within 2 weeks of starting.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- High standard of service and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy and care.
- Educate customers on coverage gaps and translate complex policy details into clear choices.
- Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage.
- Listen to customer hesitation and address concerns to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with the product team to refine app and service offerings.
