- Ability to work in a 100% remote, fast-paced, and tech-focused environment.
- Commitment to completing insurance licensing exams within the first two weeks of employment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and service-oriented work style.
- Previous experience in retail or service environments is highly valued.
- Available for either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days.
Responsibilities
- Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process.
- Simplify the process by helping customers compare 55+ different insurance companies.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide tailored solutions.
- Close the deal by helping customers finalize their new policy.
- Complete paid training and obtain insurance licensing.
