- Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound shoppers who have initiated a search within the app to build trust and engagement.
- Simplify complex insurance details and explain policy nuances, discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ carrier options.
- Solve customer concerns with patience and empathy to make insurance purchasing simple.
- Guide customers to finalize ideal insurance policies on the spot.
- Maintain high-energy, positive interactions in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
