Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Use training and product knowledge to answer questions and recommend suitable products and services.
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues effectively.
- Research internal systems to locate missing information and collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately using company systems.
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Protect customer privacy by handling confidential information responsibly.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager.
- Stay current by attending training sessions and reviewing updated materials.
- Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to work schedule.
