Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service (e.g., Apple Store, Chick-Fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco).
- Self-motivated and capable of succeeding in a remote work environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to pass an insurance licensing exam.
- Must currently reside in one of the approved states: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
Responsibilities
- Complete paid training and obtain an insurance license.
- Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process.
- Simplify the process by helping customers compare 55+ different insurance companies.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions that instill confidence.
- Help customers finalize new insurance policies.
