Requirements
- Ability to maintain a friendly, positive, and collaborative attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities to navigate insurance coverage barriers.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to obtain or maintain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (company will cover costs if not currently held).
- Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer care by identifying coverage gaps and relevant discounts.
- Handle inbound calls from customers interested in auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Assist existing policyholders with service-related inquiries and policy changes.
- Develop deep expertise in insurance products to recommend the best coverage for each customer.
- Process service requests including vehicle, driver, lienholder, and policy document updates.
- Communicate customer feedback to the team to influence product development.
