Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
- Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek.
- Residency in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Commitment to obtaining a P&C license within 2 weeks of starting.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy, patience, and genuine care.
- Go beyond standard answers to uncover savings or coverage gaps customers didn't know to look for, translating complex policy details into clear, easy-to-understand choices.
- Craft tailored policy packages across our 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage with ease.
- Listen to customer hesitation with empathy, addressing concerns directly to ensure a smooth, transparent purchasing experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing direct feedback with our product team to continuously refine our app and service offerings.
