Responsibilities
- Take great care of customers by identifying potential coverage gaps and discount opportunities.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Assist existing policyholders with service requests and policy modifications.
- Deepen knowledge of the insurance product panel to match customers with appropriate coverage.
- Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
- Process service requests including vehicle, driver, lienholder, and policy document updates.
- Provide feedback on product and service experience to help drive product improvements.
