Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.

- Must obtain P&C license within 2 weeks of starting (costs fully funded by company).
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
- Educate customers to uncover savings or coverage gaps.
- Translate complex policy details into clear, easy-to-understand choices.
- Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners.
- Guide customers through the purchasing experience with empathy.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with the product team.
