Requirements

  • At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in program management, acquisition oversight, internal controls, or federal consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, acquisition management, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Substantive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and post-award oversight concepts.
  • Experience planning or supporting federal compliance reviews, audits, or procurement management reviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information, identify root causes, and convert evidence into executive-level insights.
  • Experience maintaining program-management controls such as integrated schedules, risk logs, and performance dashboards.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and coordinate across diverse teams.
  • Ability to satisfy all applicable federal suitability, confidentiality, and information-security requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, execution, and reporting for Procurement Management Reviews and Special Reviews.
  • Develop and maintain integrated review schedules, workload forecasts, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate communications and data exchanges between Government reviewers and acquisition stakeholders.
  • Draft and edit high-level review products, including findings, risk statements, recommendations, and executive reports.
  • Analyze systemic acquisition risks, performance trends, and corrective-action outcomes for leadership insights.
  • Maintain centralized performance matrices, dashboards, and corrective-action tracking tools.
  • Lead lessons-learned activities and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge repositories.
  • Provide senior-level advice on program governance, quality controls, and process improvement.
