Requirements
- Executive-level sales leadership experience overseeing large, multi-tiered sales organizations.
- Proven track record of leading managers and developing high-performing teams.
- Significant experience leading consultative, solution-based sales in technology or managed services.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue, retention, and growth targets at scale.
- Expertise in managing, forecasting, and optimizing large, complex renewal and sales pipelines.
- Extensive experience structuring and closing complex, multi-year, multi-solution client engagements.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to advise and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Deep domain knowledge in managed services, hosting, mainframe, security, outsourcing, and hybrid IT.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the North America base sales strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-level sales organization with clear performance standards.
- Coach sales leaders in account planning, pipeline development, and execution methodology.
- Manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility for the North America region.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with C-level clients and senior IT decision-makers.
- Drive revenue through renewals, expansions, cross-selling, and upselling within the existing portfolio.
- Negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-line commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure ongoing client success.
