Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering.
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-system environments at a public or compliance-regulated company.
- Proven experience deploying and governing AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in production.
- Deep experience architecting Salesforce CRM environments at scale.
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Snowflake.
- Experience building API gateway, secrets management, and identity-based access control infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of SOX IT General Controls with evidence production experience within the last 3 years.
- Proven track record managing multi-functional teams including admins and techno-functional resources.
- Experience designing integration architectures using event-driven, API-first, or middleware patterns.
- Experience with workflow versioning, GitOps patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise systems architecture roadmap across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, and Snowflake.
- Establish architectural governance standards, system topology maps, and data flow documentation.
- Serve as the technical authority for integration design using event-driven and API-first patterns.
- Govern AI agent infrastructure, including identity management, API gateways, and CI/CD deployment gates.
- Partner with CRO, CISO, and CFO teams to ensure systems remain compliant, auditable, and scalable.
- Manage and mentor business systems administrators and techno-functional teams.
