Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, focusing on integrations, data exchange, or platform APIs.
- Experience owning structured business data exchange via file or API between organizations.
- Demonstrated experience designing, documenting, and evolving API products.
- Strong judgment regarding data reliability, edge cases, and failure recovery at scale.
- Experience working directly with external technical partners to represent platform interests.
- Technical depth sufficient for self-sufficient data investigation and technical specification drafting.
- Experience managing sensitive personal or financial data under regulated frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data synthesis.
- Strong communication and alignment skills across cross-functional engineering, partner, and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and standard product management tooling.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own data exchange definitions between Lively and partners, including contracts, cadence, and error handling.
- Develop AI-assisted data onboarding and validation features to streamline partner and customer data ingestion.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enrollment and eligibility data.
- Ensure system reliability, throughput, and data quality while planning for scale.
- Set the long-term integration architecture strategy and build/buy/partner decisions.
- Translate complex partner and regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Support technical partner onboarding and implementation processes.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for integration-related inquiries across internal and external teams.
- Define and track key metrics for integration health, onboarding effort, and AI performance.
