Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in software product management.
- Strong background in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or data-intensive applications.
- Experience with APIs, data connectors, interoperability, and metadata exchange.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted product discovery and delivery approaches.
- Ability to balance technical investment with commercial opportunity.
- Proficiency in translating complex technical challenges into intuitive user-facing capabilities.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX, architecture, and services teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for one or more platform capabilities within the Platform & Data Integration portfolio.
- Translate customer problems, business objectives, and technical constraints into scalable product capabilities.
- Lead AI-assisted product discovery, refinement, and delivery of capabilities across APIs, data connectors, and integration services.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and UX designers to create intuitive, reliable, and maintainable platform experiences.
- Engage with customers and internal teams to understand integration challenges and translate insights into product improvements.
- Define success measures focused on customer adoption, usability, and operational efficiency.
