Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in platform management, product management, or technical program management with a focus on finance and accounting data.
- Subject matter expertise in accounting principles and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Experience implementing end-to-end accounting workflows across quote-to-cash cycles.
- Hands-on experience supporting B2C product workflows at a high-transaction technology company.
- Solid SQL skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
- Deep understanding of big data principles, distributed data processing, and data warehouse architectures.
- Familiarity with Oracle FAH, General Ledger, or equivalent ERP platforms.
- Experience with data pipeline architecture, monitoring controls, and reconciliation workflows.
- Proven ability to own and manage complex, multi-stakeholder roadmaps.
- Experience operating in Agile and continuous delivery models.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term roadmap for the finance accounting platform.
- Lead end-to-end accounting impact assessments and implementation for new product launches.
- Translate complex product changes into well-designed accounting workflows for Oracle FAH GL.
- Refine data pipeline monitoring controls and support month-end close processes.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Oracle Applications teams, and Finance stakeholders.
- Triage and prioritize requests in the platform funnel against the broader roadmap.
- Automate manual operational workflows to improve financial data accuracy and timeliness.
