- Expert ability to read, understand, and communicate technical documentation.
- Strong project management, time-management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work successfully with a global team.
- Professional presence for internal and external events.
- Experience with B2B software products, MSP industry, and product development (preferred).
- Ability to write and deliver training courses and materials.
- Willingness to travel (20-30% of the time).
Responsibilities
- Set goals and objectives for team members to ensure achievement of operational results.
- Manage multiple teams led by experienced managers and mentor staff to develop a collaborative global team.
- Own short to mid-term strategy execution and align daily activities with company objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to drive product roadmaps and innovation.
- Develop functional specifications including user interface design, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Gather and validate market requirements through research and customer engagement.
- Participate in Go-To-Market (GTM) messaging, positioning, and strategy development.
- Oversee the product lifecycle and software development lifecycle to deliver high-quality releases.
- Represent the company in key customer engagements, analyst events, and conferences.
- Identify and manage strategic contractual and consulting relationships.
