Requirements
- 8–10+ years of product management experience.
- Significant experience leading two-sided marketplaces, search engines, recommendation systems, or match platforms.
- Proven executive presence with exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Strong business sense with the ability to connect algorithmic performance to platform health.
- Expertise in balancing dual stakeholder needs for B2C and B2B search workflows.
- Experience shaping product strategies, managing engineering trade-offs, and maximizing investment ROI.
- Skilled at building trust and alignment across matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and leading product managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Search & Match, linking algorithmic advancements to business outcomes.
- Drive search, ranking, and recommendation strategies for both consumer-facing job discovery and B2B recruiter search mechanics.
- Govern functional team capacity, compute/infrastructure investments, and feature prioritization for operational efficiency.
- Translate performance, algorithmic models, and marketplace dynamics into executive narratives and board-ready presentations.
- Build cross-functional coalitions across Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Commercial teams.
- Orchestrate execution at scale for match scoring, candidate indexing, and recommendation feeds.
- Establish performance metrics for search precision, recall, latency, and marketplace liquidity.
