- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and challenges faced by clinicians and healthcare organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex needs for varied audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across diverse cross-functional teams and hold teams accountable.
- Technical aptitude with a quick learning ability for complex software solutions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Strong judgment in escalating issues, making decisions, and fostering alignment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and managing moving parts in complex environments.
- Proven record of organizational and project management skills.
- Genuine belief in the mission of improving healthcare through AI.
Responsibilities
- Ensure internal teams (product, clinical, commercial, engineering, legal, government affairs) are aligned on strategy and goals.
- Design and execute the federal program operating cadence, including syncs, planning cycles, and reporting.
- Maintain the single source of truth for strategy, delivery status, outcomes, and goals.
- Drive progress against cross-functional goals, manage escalations, and quarterback problem-solving.
- Report program health, strategic progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
- Build and maintain relationships with federal stakeholders, clinical leadership, and teaming partners.
- Develop program management tools, templates, dashboards, and playbooks to support scaling.
