15+ years of experience in graphic design, brand identity development, and brand stewardship.
8+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary creative teams.
Expertise in developing and maintaining scalable brand identity systems for global organizations.
Prior experience in a B2B or B2C SaaS company.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of enterprise-level project management and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a centralized, in-house creative team.
Strong communication skills to articulate creative rationale and defend strategic choices.
Strong conflict resolution skills to manage diverse opinions and foster collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to operate with significant latitude in creative decision-making.

Own, evolve, and govern the global visual brand identity system, including style guides and asset libraries.
Direct the creative strategy and execution for global campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives.
Lead visual design and production for major flagship company events and global industry events.
Optimize creative production workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, and quality delivery.
Manage and optimize the Creative Solutions annual budget.
Oversee external creative agency and freelance relationships, including contracts and project quality.
Develop and implement measurement frameworks to improve functional performance.
Coach and mentor the Creative Services team to align with global strategic initiatives.
