Requirements
- Significant talent acquisition experience, including leadership and development of high-performing in-house recruiting teams.
- Experience leading recruiting within a dynamic software or technology environment.
- Deep expertise across the full recruiting lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, offers, and closing.
- Proven track record of modernizing talent acquisition through strategy, operational rigor, technology, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Strong data-driven approach to evaluating and improving recruiting performance and hiring outcomes.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and advisory skills.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to balance talent strategy with organizational priorities.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to move between strategic planning and direct execution.
- Strong experience partnering with senior leaders across revenue-generating teams; GTM recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute the talent acquisition strategy in alignment with company goals, workforce plans, and broader business priorities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team, fostering a high-trust, high-accountability environment.
- Partner with executives, hiring managers, Finance, and People Partners to translate workforce plans into effective hiring strategies.
- Use recruiting data and pipeline metrics to improve sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and closing practices.
- Reimagine recruiting approaches for an AI-driven environment, using technology to improve efficiency and decision quality.
- Directly lead senior, executive, and business-critical searches, including managing external search-firm partnerships.
- Build proactive and diverse talent pipelines while strengthening the employer brand.
- Own and optimize the recruiting budget, technology stack, processes, and vendor relationships.
