- Resolve all customer issues in collaboration with team members and trade partners.
- Monitor and intercede on the progress and completion of all repairs.
- Educate Homeowners on products and the Company's Limited Warranty.
- Facilitate timely response and execution of all customer service and emergency service requests.
- Perform root-cause analysis of issues and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Manage trades to ensure completion of service requests and customer satisfaction.
