Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting Products/Engineering, General and Administrative, or commercial functions.
  • Recent experience recruiting for technical positions such as software engineering, cloud, AI/ML, and data science.
  • 3+ years of experience using Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated success filling up to Director-level positions.
  • Proven track record sourcing specialized, niche, and hard-to-fill talent in competitive markets.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and agents to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to partner with and influence hiring leaders on recruiting strategy and talent market conditions.
  • Experience managing multiple, high-volume requisitions in a complex environment.
  • Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and market data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Availability to attend occasional in-person meetings and travel less than 5%.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring leaders to define business needs, competencies, and success measures for each position.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across Product/Engineering, General and Administrative, or Sales teams.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through Boolean searches, social networks, and talent communities.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with business workforce needs.
  • Provide market intelligence and data-informed hiring expectations to leaders via weekly status calls.
  • Conduct candidate screens to assess experience, motivations, and role alignment.
  • Establish structured, competency-based interview processes with hiring teams.
  • Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
