Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical or commercial functions.
- Recent experience recruiting technical talent in software, cloud, AI/ML, data, or infrastructure.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience using Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven success sourcing and hiring specialized, niche talent in competitive markets.
- Experience with AI tools and agents to improve recruiting productivity.
- Strong ability to influence and advise hiring leaders on talent strategy and market conditions.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume or complex requisitions.
- Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and translate data into hiring strategies.
- Willingness to travel less than 5% for occasional in-person meetings.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders to define talent strategies and business requirements.
- Own full-cycle recruitment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and G&A functions.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and advanced Boolean search techniques to engage passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, including assessments, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Provide market intelligence and data-backed hiring insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, workflows, and employer branding initiatives.
