Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring for corporate or technical roles in North America.
- Strong sourcing skills with proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar).
- Clear, organized communication skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous searches.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools is a plus.
- Prior experience with international hiring (EMEA or LatAm) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for corporate and technical roles, including Engineering, Security, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience from first contact through close.
- Maintain accurate ATS data and provide regular pipeline updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Finance to support headcount planning and offer execution.
