Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology/business systems analysis with a heavy focus on Talent Acquisition applications.
- Proven expertise supporting core recruitment systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Workday, HackerRank, LinkedIn, HireRight, and candidate fraud platforms.
- Strong expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including standard business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
- Experience with UAT execution, documentation, and data modeling.
- Experience working with internal and external audit teams and understanding of SOX controls.
- Experience with configuration, testing, and implementation of HR technology systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of HR processes strictly related to recruitment, candidate lifecycle management, sourcing strategies, and pre-hire compliance.
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with TA and HR stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead follow-up requirements gathering clarification and demos to stakeholders to ensure recruit-to-hire business outcomes are being achieved.
- Analyze existing talent acquisition systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and fraud prevention.
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to configure, design, and implement solutions across TA platforms.
- Develop detailed functional design documents and use cases tailored to candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Define test strategies, author comprehensive UAT scripts, coordinate testing cycles with recruiters, and hands-on log/triage defects.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations for all TA applications.
- Serve as the liaison between TA business units and People Technology Product Managers or Owners.
