Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, and GIS software.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Highly preferred: Real estate or market research experience.
- Highly preferred: Professional knowledge of residential construction and land brokerage industry.
Responsibilities
- Support Regional and Divisional teams in analyzing land prospects.
- Extract and analyze data from various sources, including MLS, Metrostudy, Land Vision, and Zonda.
- Assist in preparing market study data and reviewing due diligence information for potential land assets.
- Assist in developing proformas, valuations, and underwriting for potential land investments.
- Track critical date timelines for due diligence, takedowns, closings, and project changes.
- Prepare lot committee presentations and maintain accurate land files and databases.
- Utilize GIS and Google Earth to research potential land acquisition opportunities.
