Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or Information Technology.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a support analyst or project coordinator, preferably in a public sector or healthcare IT environment.
Strong understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SharePoint) for documentation and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Ability to communicate succinctly and accurately in written and verbal English.

Provide project management support assisting in all aspects of project execution.
Organize key internal and external meetings including preparation and distribution of meeting materials.
Coordinate and document meeting minutes, ensuring that key discussions, decisions, and action items are accurately recorded and communicated to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with SharePoint naming conventions and document management protocols to maintain organized project documentation.
Aid in preparing project status reports by coordinating input from various internal stakeholders.
Ensure consistent application of standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
