Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building and delivering production-grade full-stack applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript for backend development; NestJS experience preferred.
- Strong frontend development experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular (Vue.js preferred) with solid understanding of component-based development.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with microservices.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar databases, including data modeling and performance optimization.
- Experience with asynchronous and event-driven application patterns using technologies like GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot production issues using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools.
- Good understanding of engineering practices including automated testing, Git, CI/CD, and production deployment.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and their integration into engineering workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver full-stack features across Agency Module, Agency Onboarding, and Platform Billing products.
- Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations across internal microservices and third-party platforms such as Stripe.
- Develop performant frontend experiences using modern frameworks, component-driven architecture, and effective state management.
- Own features end-to-end, from technical planning and development through to deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Utilize AI-first coding practices with tools like LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code to maintain high engineering efficiency and code quality.
- Design data models and develop efficient queries for databases including MongoDB, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle activities, including code reviews, incident resolution, and documentation.
