Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.
- Strong frontend development experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular (Vue.js preferred).
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with microservices and service-to-service integrations.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar databases, including data modeling and querying.
- Experience with asynchronous and event-driven application patterns using technologies like GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot production issues across frontend, backend, databases, and integrations.
- Good understanding of software engineering practices including automated testing, code reviews, Git, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and effective use in engineering workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver features across the Agency Module, Agency Onboarding, and Platform Billing, contributing across both backend and frontend systems.
- Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations, working across internal microservices and third-party platforms such as Stripe.
- Build performant and scalable frontend experiences for agency management, onboarding, and billing workflows.
- Own features end-to-end, from technical planning through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Leverage AI-first coding practices and AI tools to write, refactor, test, and debug code efficiently.
- Design data models and build efficient queries across data stores such as MongoDB, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
- Participate across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and write clean, testable code.
- Use logs, metrics, monitoring, and tracing to troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, incident resolution, and operational support.
