Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in management of production systems
- Experience with cloud providers including AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with computer networking and network technologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Concourse-CI or Jenkins
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to quickly grasp new concepts
- Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset
- Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Maintain the availability and integrity of the infrastructure underpinning Alkira’s Cloud Networking platform
- Troubleshoot issues arising in production deployments
- Provide 24/7 coverage as part of a scheduled shift and on-call rotation
- Monitor, manage, triage, and document infrastructure issues using Prometheus, Grafana, and Jira
- Automate infrastructure deployment using CI/CD pipelines
- Build necessary tools to evolve infrastructure maintenance and monitoring
- Develop and execute system and integration test plans
