Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building and scaling robust backend and frontend applications.
- Strong backend skills in Node.js and TypeScript; NestJS experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis, including data modeling and performance optimization.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems like GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Exposure to AI/LLM application development and integration.
- Frontend experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular (Vue.js preferred) and component-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with frontend state management patterns like Vuex/Pinia or Redux.
- Understanding of production observability and debugging using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Sentry.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with specialized data platforms such as ClickHouse and Elasticsearch.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
Responsibilities
- Own and contribute to the architecture, design, and development of key product areas across the Agency Module, Agency Onboarding, and Platform Billing.
- Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.
- Build performant and scalable frontend experiences using modern frameworks and component-driven architecture.
- Drive technical decisions, identify risks, and independently own complex features from design through production.
- Leverage AI-first development practices and tools to improve development, testing, and debugging.
- Design data models and build efficient queries across stores like Firestore, MongoDB, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
- Participate in the full SDLC, from requirements to production support and observability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
