Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college, university, or technical school.
- 4+ years of experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements.
- Strong project planning, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Asana, Wrike, or Monday.com.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT for workflow enhancement.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements from initiation through completion, developing project plans, timelines, schedules, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate internal and client resources, meetings, deliverables, project hours, and dependencies to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining alignment and communicating proactively.
- Identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks and proactively develop and implement solutions.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure decisions, action items, and next steps are documented and communicated.
- Lead project closeout activities, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities for future improvement.
- Use AI-powered tools to streamline activities, synthesize information, and enhance project visibility.
