Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management.
- Hands-on experience with VoIP, SD-WAN implementation, and Internet circuit ordering through telecommunications carriers.
- Strong ability to identify and clearly document project dependencies, priorities, and requirements.
- Proven ability to coordinate and effectively manage third-party resources.
- Strong project organization, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Practical, hands-on approach to resolving delivery challenges and driving projects through completion.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle for assigned business customer orders, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality completion.
- Coordinate internal teams and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication with customers throughout the delivery process, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
- Manage telecommunications delivery activities including Internet circuit ordering, Hosted VoIP projects, and number porting.
- Lead SD-WAN implementation activities and coordinate VoIP porting and Internet circuit orders across multiple carriers.
- Document project dependencies, priorities, requirements, and key actions to support efficient execution.
- Apply hands-on service delivery experience to identify issues, coordinate solutions, and drive successful project outcomes.
