Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS or fintech revenue roles, with a proven track record in expansion or installed-base selling.
- Demonstrated success in hitting individual sales quotas.
- Experience building land-and-expand motions, including lead scoring and adoption-first selling strategies.
- People-leadership experience, with the ability to build and scale a small team.
- Strong player-coach mindset, comfortable balancing high-level strategy with hands-on account management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce as an operating tool for sales motions.
- Experience defining technical requirements for Revenue Operations and data tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI for workflow redesign and operational efficiency.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage environments where processes are still being defined.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an expansion ARR quota as a working seller while building and managing the pipeline.
- Define and operationalize the expansion motion, including whitespace analysis, account planning, and qualification criteria.
- Scope and scale the Powered Admin Services channel by identifying targets and structuring partnership pilots.
- Build and lead a team, including managing ramp plans, pipeline reviews, and deal coaching.
- Partner with Customer Success and Fund Administration teams to enforce account ownership and drive cross-selling.
- Maintain the expansion dashboard to track key metrics like ARR, attach rates, and adoption-to-paid conversion.
- Utilize AI internal tooling to automate whitespace scoring and signal detection.
