  • Based in South Africa
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or high-volume phone roles
  • Clear, confident, neutral English with a natural conversational style
  • Comfortable making 150+ dials a day
  • Coachable with a willingness to take and apply feedback
  • Available to work US business hours with occasional US Saturday coverage
  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace with a noise-cancelling headset
  • Uncapped fibre or LTE with a backup connection
  • Backup power (UPS or inverter) capable of handling load-shedding

Responsibilities

  • Call warm, high-intent leads generated by marketing efforts
  • Qualify homeowners, handle objections, and book confirmed in-home appointments
  • Run confirmation and reschedule follow-ups to maintain high show rates
  • Maintain clean, accurate call notes and appointment records
  • Achieve daily activity and appointment targets
  • Review performance metrics weekly with a sales coach
  • Represent client companies depending on volume and fit
