Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of finance-related experience in a corporate setting.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of finance and accounting foundations.
- Expert financial modeling experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and G-suite.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, including financial software applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and tasks in parallel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with NetSuite, CRMs, or enterprise planning software (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion) is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS or M&A is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional management to lead monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting.
- Act as a financial advisor to gain insights into business partner KPIs and drivers.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate business performance and assess risk.
- Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
- Work with large datasets to develop analytics that drive revenue, profitability, and efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and business drivers to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Support strategic projects including M&A and fundraising.
