Job Details

Commercially astute with the ability to connect financial data to business outcomes.
Exceptional business partner with experience in senior stakeholder management.
Strong proficiency in FP&A fundamentals, financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
Experience in SaaS, payments, or transaction-based business models is highly preferred.
Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and evolving data/tooling environments.
Detail-oriented with strong executive presence and the ability to present to C-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple narratives for non-finance audiences.
Committed to team development, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative, low-ego culture.
Proven consistency in delivering high-standard work and building long-term professional trust.

Build financial partnerships with GTM and Operations stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
Drive insights from key metrics like GMV, take rate, CAC, LTV, NRR, and churn into actionable recommendations.
Support business case development for pricing strategy, market expansion, and new product launches.
Develop and evolve planning models to bridge financial targets with operational execution.
Build and deliver decision-oriented management reporting and dashboards.
Analyze performance across customer segments, geographies, and products using transaction-based revenue models.
Represent the FP&A team in cross-functional projects to champion data-driven decision-making.
