Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in People Operations, HR operations, or global payroll.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
- Direct experience running multi-country payroll and people operations.
- Demonstrated ownership of an HRIS, including implementation, migration, or significant data quality turnaround.
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort with compensation/cost modelling and advanced spreadsheet ability.
- Working knowledge of employment and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to liaise remotely with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Professionally proficient in English.
- Aptitude to learn new software tools such as Slack, BambooHR, Jira, and Asana.
- Ability to travel ~3-4 times per year to countries of operation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team, setting clear priorities and service standards across payroll, HR data, and lifecycle operations.
- Own end-to-end global payroll delivery, including calendar management, approvals, reconciliations, and vendor management.
- Define and maintain the operating model for the People Operations function, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements across all operating locations.
- Manage the HRIS and ticketing systems to ensure data quality, effective workflow automation, and reporting infrastructure.
- Execute annual compensation cycles, benefits administration, and mobility transactions.
- Analyze trends in employee lifecycle and HR data to implement structural process improvements.
